Weird Al does it again

"I wanna roll with the gangstas,
but so far they all think I'm too white and nerdy."

I LOVE IT! Especially the background dancer. That was hot.

He's parodying "Ridin' dirty".

I don't know who's doing the bakground dancing with Al later, though.

Are the "gangsta" Al wants to roll with real rappers? Or just actors?

I have it on good authority that the "gangstas" are not real rappers, but that would have been hilarious if they were.

Chamillionaire has gone on record as saying you know you've hit the big time when Weird Al does a parody of one of your songs. Unlike Coolio, Cham appreciated the "remix" of his song.

I'm not sure if Coolio's disapproval was legit, or if Artis Ivey felt that was just something his character, Coolio, needed to do. I use character in the same sense that I make a distinction between Marshall Mathers and Eminem. In my opinion, Marshall Mathers is the actor who plays the character "Eminem", and the two may be similar, but should never be confused.
